  • My item is damaged or defective, what should I do?"
    Please reply to your order confirmation email with a picture of the issue.
  • Where do you get your clothing?
    Our entire collection is hand picked by Maria Valentin. Most of which come from trendy wholesalers and manufactured in the U.S. and a variety of other countries.
  • Who should I contact for questions after I placed my order?
    Simply reply to your order confirmation email with any questions.
  • How does sizing run?
    Sizing is standard U.S. unless otherwise stated in the product description. Our current collection mostly features items in S, M and L sizes. We’re looking into ways in which to expand our size range and when we do, we’ll feature those items for easy access. Please find our size chart here.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    Once shipped, orders are delivered within 7 business days in the U.S. Please check your tracking link to view your order’s progress.
  • When do you drop new arrivals?
    New arrivals are dropped on certain wednesdays @10AM CT. Make sure to sign-up with your email to be among the first to know when new collections drop. ​
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
  • Can I return my item for a refund?
    Of course! Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment. Please see our returns policy for details.
  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?
    You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been accepted.
  • Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
    We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted. You will have a short window to cancel items in your order before it begins processing, so please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible should you wish to do so. Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address information. Undeliverable orders are treated as a return and subject to our returns policy.
  • What is the currency of your store?
    All prices are listed and transacted in U.S. Dollars.
  • Do you re-stock sold out items?
    Sometimes! However, we tend to release new styles rather than restocking the existing collection. Make sure to sign-up with your email to be among the first to know about new arrivals and restocks.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are out the door within 3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
  • Can I exchange my item for a new size?
    Yes you can! Simply process a return and place an order for the new size; however, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee availability.
  • I have not received my order, what should I do?"
    In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within the above delivery windows, please contact the carrier indicated in your tracking link for further information. If your package remains undelivered and there are no tracking updates for 20 days (30 days for international shipments), please submit a claim and we’ll process a refund. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are reported as delivered.
